A simple yet delicious Baked Honey Mustard Chicken recipe featuring sweet honey and tangy mustard, perfect for family dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Mustard (Dijon or yellow)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each piece is well coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
