Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅓ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  2. Add ingredients: Sprinkle the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chicken broth on top of the chicken breasts.
